If I could give them Zero stars, I would. They cut me off on the phone three times today. They keep saying they don’t have my prescription, they won’t give the details to ECHO who I believe own this pharmacy. I need this medication, this branch of Lloyd’s is hopeless, and that’s the nicest thing I can say about them!

This pharmacy is useless, didn't sort out the shortfall of tablets in my prescription. The manager didn't call me back, awful service
The pharmacy itself is fine but waiting times are terrible. There are obviously not enough staff to serve. When I try to phone, on most occasions the line is busy and when it dose ring after waiting for an answer the phone switches to a fax machine. The company Lloyds needs to address this.
9 days after ordering prescription waited outside cold rain, 30 mins to be told not ready call again tommorow. clearly cant cope..since lancaster rd branched closed ,100s of presc customers are useing this hopeless branch.
Waiting time and que outside is ridiculous. Most mornings are most likely to be less busy.
Now Lancaster road has closed , the shop will become far too busy, so best avoid , stood outside for 35 minutes waiting for my prescription.
Awful service rude and long waiting time then get told sorry we only have 3 out 8 items I did call beforehand then put me on hold phone disconnected after 15mins don't use
Woeful place, fax machine broken so prescriptions sent by fax cannot be supplied. This was after a 50 minute wait. They couldn't care less about their customers so don't bother seeing them. Try somewhere else and this place can close like the one on Lancaster Rd.
