Worst renting experience ever (0 stars for real). For all the groomsmen: The tuxedo shirt was worn and didn't fit correctly, the back vest buckle was worn out and wouldn't stay tight, they incorrectly charged for pocket squares that weren't needed (vest only wedding), the shoes we received were the wrong color, the grooms shoes didn't match the groomsmens because the tuxes arrived to late to send out for proper replacements, the groom was accidently charged for his tux which goes against their advertising, and they discretely charged us 10 when picking the tux up for \potential future damages\. I returned everything the day after as directed undamaged and did not get my 10 back. So much was screwed up for my brother's wedding I will not be using them for my own. Update: After a lot of discussion with management they gave the groomsmen a 53 discount for the mistakes made to the order. They also agreed to refund the 21 it cost for each pocket square when it was returned unopened. This said we had to show at least 2 sets of proof that their computer system was messed up and the main manager refused to continue talking to the grooms mother who was upset over the incorrect colors aspect of the order mid conversion. Hard to believe the whole ordeal lasted 3 weeks. At this point this is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Terrible experience!! Went to pick up my husband's suit that we bought for my daughter's wedding and they couldn't find it. Eventually they figured out that they gave his suit to someone else with the same last name. Don't they make people try them on when they pick them up? The suit that was left with the other person's name on it was at least 6 inches too short. We had to call and complain very loudly to get them to reorder the suit and rush the alterations. We will never shop there again
