A very professional and helpful team working here. I got an online quote for a new clutch and called up Wednesday, brought my car in Thursday and they had it ready for collection on Saturday morning. Morris was great at keeping me updated with the cars progress, he kept to the quoted price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. I was worried as getting a new clutch is costly, but thankfully everything was sorted easily. I checked the google reviews before I called them, and they were mixed so was a little apprehensive. But they were great there and my cars running well 2 weeks on...so fingers crossed! Honest, nice people working here, and explained everything to me clearly and without trying to add additional costs. A welcome change to past garage experiences.

To clarify, my husband : Raine Smith was the person that will be on the records. Review is exactly as written below We took our Nissan Pathfinder to this branch of Mr Clutch in November of last year 2020. What was supposed to take a day became a week of waiting. We were never told they would need our car for a week to replace the clutch. That aside, we collected the car after the clutch change, only to find the car had been left in such a disgusting state, it looked like it had been ransacked with an oil cloth and dragged through a filth pit. We asked for a contribution towards having the car professionally cleaned. Mr Clutch were very disagreeable on this point, but eventually agreed to pay 50 , if we brought the car back to them. After a couple of weeks the car began to loose all momentum when driving. We called Mr Clutch and said that the car seemed to have a serious issue, that had never been present prior to having the new clutch fitted. The garage were exceptionally rude, refusing to discuss any issue that might be wrong with the car. Obviously we are not mechanics and don't know why it was driving so badly, but their lack of customer care or interest was fairly appalling. We were told that we could bring the car back, but would be charged if there was an issue. We felt that our car may never be returned to us if we sent it back... we have subsequently spend 's trying to work out what is wrong with it. All we know is that it no longer works and we have all but lost the use of our car. It only went in for a clutch change! I would avoid this garage at all costs.
