Very disappointed with the services at the Enfield representative office, I made an appointment for an oil change, I took a day off from work for that ... and on the day of the appointment an hour before entering the service he called me from the service to tell me that they can't change the oil because they have something defective in an appliance, they know about the defect a week before.
