I would give zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst health centre I've ever been to in my life. As stated by others, you have to call between certain hours during the day (which is a very narrow time frame) they hardly answer the phones and the very number you've saved isn't reachable because apparently it's incorrect, it's the same number that's saved in my phone. The people who see you (I refuse to call them doctors) tries there best to get you out of their room as soon as possible. I've even been in an argument with a person who's apparently a doctor about a pain I had, because for them "it's normal". Yeap, it's normal that I'm in agony as it's just supposed to happen. All this time I've been coming here there's only been one doctor who truly cared about me and my mum's wellbeing and other than that it's always been a hurry to get out us. Update: please see the photo I've taken of my other phone. 23 minutes and it's been saying the same thing "you are at queue position 5" Please please please, if you care about yourself avoid this place.

Disgusting service been trying to get an appointment for a week almost impossible, I even attended the gp maybe I could get one face to face still couldn’t the receptionist was so unhelpful and rude..

Good GP and services. I had a telephone consultation I had with Dr Chavda and she was very helpful. She was considerate and listened carefully to my symptons and answered any doubts I had. I had a great experience, I would recommend this GP.

Thanks Nurse Louise for being there for my family. She is a lovely lady and has all the patience when you go to her. My children (13-7 years) are so so much afraid of needles yet she finds a way to calm them for their travel jabs. Thank you once again and to all the nurse team.

I went to see the nurse in ordnance unity surgery and she was very caring. The reception staff were also very supportive and welcoming. The nurse met me by the door and directed me, she was very friendly and explained the procedure to me in detail, getting me involved in my care. She was excellent and had a very good approach to provide a meaningful service. Nurse Louise’s patient care was very smooth and without delay. I am very happy with the service I received.
