Horrible experience. Went to return my BRAND NEW running shoes (they were a gift and the wrong size) and the associate refused to issue a refund, would not call a manager for me to speak to, and threatened to throw me out even though I didn’t even raise my voice. She escalated the situation much further than necessary and treated a customer with so much disrespect. I’ll NEVER shop at Payless again.
