Went to Poundland Ponders End the other day to exchange something without receipt but it turns out they do not do it without a receipt. Got receipt and went back today but now they do not accept this either. I might have added something into the shampoo. I asked him where the sign was to say all these changes have taken place and he said on the door. Surely these should be behind the tills so that everyone can read them and not have to stand outside reading them. I politely told him to stick the products I was buying where the sun does not shine and will not be going back there again. The cost was just a pound .... not the end of the world. Just the room to store all these things. If they worry about customers adding stuff into their products then surely it would be wiser to make sure there are seals on anything they are worried about. Disappointed to say the least!

U can never go wrong in there! There clothes collection is so cute this season.
Good selections, not always what you expect to get when you buy something but this poundland. Doormen are super friendly but the staff couldn't care less about their customers.
Good value if you're selective. cheap and cheerful.
I love the Poundland a lots people miss the Poundland in chgfood I just hope the Poundland in chgfood will be opening again
