Nice and pleasant team, lots of thought gone into social distancing in the reception and the distribution of chairs for customers and visitors. A little way down the road there is a retail park with some shopping and eating options to while away the time while you are waiting if you don't want to stick around. Wheels were added onto the vehicle as I asked so no complaints there. The chaps asked if I wanted a free wheel alignment check which you should always have done with new wheels, to which I agreed. However the cost for alignment at nearly 100 for front and rear wheels is double or in some cases nearly triple the cost of a number of garages much more local to me, so I declined their offer! Otherwise, I can't fault the service.

Top service from Simon and his team. Full alignment check (FREE) and 18 for each adjustment (toe, camber x 4) after a rack change. Left with the steering nice and tight. Will be back soon, Thanks Guys :) EDIT: Just noticed marks on the alloys, I'm hoping its just dirt but it may be scratches :(

Wasn't really impressed. Queried having my wheels tracked and alignment done. Received a call in response, and was told that it would be, 48.00. I went in and got my Car assessment done and was told that my front and rear wheels needed to be done. It would be 96.00. When I mentioned that I had been told that it was 48.00, the person there said it was from 48.00. This seemed to contradict what I was told, but I needed to get it done, so I went ahead with it. Service didn't match their name. Average.
