If you're looking to take your fitness seriously and want to see great results there is no better choice. The coaching staff is professional and knowledgeable and the programming is great. The best part though is the community. Even during this pandemic, we have stayed supportive of each other and Rome and his staff have done everything possible to continue to support us even though we are not there in person.

I’ve been going to Romeo Athletics for a year and a half now and I absolutely love this gym. The workouts and equipment are awesome, but the community is my favorite part. I’ve made some amazing friends here who have challenged me in my fitness life but also been there for me in my life outside of the gym. I could never go back to a globo gym and work out alone. Thank you to Rome and Kate and Yosh and all the coaches there who have worked so hard to create such an inviting and motivating environment at Romeo Athletics. I'm in the best shape of my life and I get to work out with awesome friends too.
