Sony is always known as a quality brand and it’s nice to see their sound engineer deliver on the same high quality service. Lukas fitted a new system at my parents house, he was polite , bang on time and very efficient at fitting up the sound system. He made sure we had it set up perfectly for my ‘golden oldies’ parents. Funny thing is that they think the sound needed improving - the truth is they are just getting hard of hearing.

I went to the Sony shop in Enfield today in the hope of finding a suitable TV for my elderly mum. I already had a particular TV in mind but needed to be sure I was choosing the right set for her needs. I could have bought this TV in a number of other places but really wanted guidance and the reassurance of good service. I was served by a young man called Anthony who was more understanding and helpful than I could have hoped for. He took time to listen and understand what I was looking for, gave me guidance and ideas about my purchase and then proceeded to get the best deal he could for me. I bought a TV and soundbar. The shop offers a delivery and set-up service, and even though my mum lives outside of London in an area they don't usually offer this service to, they were still willing to organise this for me. In the end I chose not to go with the set-up service as I felt I could do this myself. All in all buying the TV was a really positive experience. I can't speak highly enough of the service and in particular Anthony. He is an asset to the shop

Very impressed!.Not only did we buy our tv direct online from Sony Centre,it was the same price as another 'big companys' promotional sales price (out of stock,of course) and it was delivered in under 24 hours..Top Marks!..xxx

We are lucky to have a Sony Centre in Enfield where we can view products and get reliable advice before any purchase. I have known this centre since it was first opened in the HighStreet many years ago. There is no need for me to buy a tv often as their products are reliable and long lasting. Last Friday, I ordered an oled tv on line and was put in touch with the Enfield Sony Centre. Customer care was excellent. I found the advice and support of ? Mr. Pavlo very reassuring. He offered to deliver the next day but unfortunately the TV was not in stock and will be delivered from the warehouse. He patiently explained the procedure to me.After delivery, I hope to complete the survey. Thanks again Sony Centre(Enfield)
