After hearing so many people rave about the staff at this place I made an appointment for a consult to talk about getting my multi-color hair colored. I arrived early and there was no one at the reception desk. I sat for close to 15 minutes with the reception area remaining empty. The cutting room was to the left of the area where I was seated so a few people saw but did not acknowledge me. Finally 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time a woman came out and asked me if I had an appointment. When I responded Yes I did for a consult she seemed surprised and at that point I just decided it wasn't even worth my time and walked out. That is not what I call being client friendly!
I have been using Kara at All About You for several years now. Her work is amazing. She has worked with complications with my hair through surgeries that had my head shaved. I have thin hair and was changing my hair styles while it was growing out and she got it right every time. Finally I wanted to be back to my longer hair and she has done a phenomenal job installing and maintaining my extensions. Thank you Kara. When I figure out how to post the photos I will surely share. You make this 60 year old granny feel great.
