I'll start this review by saying that they did fix my computer, but the lack of communication really bothered me. When I dropped it off, I was told a repair could range anywhere from 30 - 200 and they would call me when they figured out the problem. 2 weeks go by and I finally get a call that they fixed it and installed all this software for \Free\ including a software that they can take over control of your computer remotely (useful to some but I don't want that)and said it will be 200. I called uBreakiFix in North Port and they said the same repair is 100. In summary, they will fix your computer but it was slow service and you will not receive any communication from them until it's done and you get a bill.
