Felt very rushed! I spent less than 2 minutes with Doctor DeVito and by the time I could even finish asking my question he jumped in with a response that didn’t even address the question I had. They couldn’t treat what I came in for and referred me to another doctor and was still charged an absurd amount. I have felt this way with the other doctor at this practice as well. I will definitely be finding another dermatologist. Definitely would not recommend.

By far the worst physician interaction I’ve ever had. The entire appointment felt extremely rushed. Dr. DeVito spent fewer than five minutes with me and made no effort to get to know me as a patient or allow me to express my concerns or goals for treatment. I came in seeking a consultation for chronic hormonal acne and scarring, having tried several methods of treatment in the past. I was hoping to have a discussion about options that did not involve oral medications, as my desire is to get to the root of the problem, not continue to mask it with pharmaceuticals. Instead, Dr. DeVito immediately prescribed a medication I had tried previously and voiced dissatisfaction with at the start of the appointment. It was this med regimen or Accutane. End of discussion. I did not feel like I had an opportunity to ask questions. Extremely off putting. I definitely felt like I was just having prescriptions pushed on me and then shoved out the door. I left in tears and feeling more frustrated and defeated by my skin condition than when I went in. I will not be returning to this practice for further treatment.
First time I have visited Dr. DeVito. He took his time and ensured that I was satisfied. A rarity in today's fast past 'get em in and get em out' medical appointments. I have found a new Dermatologist!
Dr. Devito is Great. His front Desk staff need a refresher in Customer Service
I have been visiting Dr. James for a couple of years, for various reasons and it has always been a great experience. Dr. James and his staff has been great in providing the best service that I expect. The best thing I like visiting him is that He is thorough in his assessment, provides complete explanation of the problem and assurance that things will be taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dr. James owing to my great satisfaction with the treatment I have received from both Dr. James and his staff.
