Happy with a service provided to me, Stuart was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! Customer service is on high level. Price was really good for my bootable usb mac os drive and it did not take much of a time to make it ready. Convenient location of Mac Outlet, friendly environment, made my day easy and pleasant. The Mac Outlet has saved me on at least two occasions and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and have great turn-around times for repairs. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that you leave happy and with a healthy machine. This time I went in with an OS issue of my own making and they turned it around in about 3 hours and replaced my chewed up E key for me.
