Jon is fantastic. Just this week, I called him in a panic for a resident of mine in the assisted living community where I work. He had just left town but was happy to come back within the hour (after another appointment) - he was beyond accommodating! John strikes a balance between the expertise and cost of the big guys and your friend who means well but really doesn't know that much more than I do. When I can't figure something out its nice to know I have someone to figure things out that I can trust. He's also professional, trustworthy and up front with his costs.
