I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience purchasing my new SUV from Specialized Motorsports that I needed to tell others about it. We were looking for a good family vehicle, and found an Acura MDX posted online. It was a good price, so we jumped on it. Beau was so accommodating to us. He allowed us to come right after work and test drive the vehicle. He was up front and honest the whole time. He went through the process with us as a partner, not a salesman, and neither party was looking to take advantage of the other. We settled on a price point that was very fair to each of us. I left knowing exactly what to expect. Here's the kicker though. He told us that he would never leave us hanging, and that if we had any questions or found any issue with the vehicle that we could call him and he'd work with us. We purchased the vehicle and after the sale (we didn't purchase a warranty), there was one issue that we discovered. True to his word, when we called Beau, Specialized Motorsports is going to take care of the issue at their expense. Beau was not obligated to do the right thing, however is doing the right thing for us and staying true to his word. It's more rare these days to find people of integrity. I would gladly purchase my next vehicle from them.... and probably will in the future!

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I felt disrespected and Beau was very unprofessional. He had a car that was great for me but I would not give him my money for anything. I called ahead to say I would be there to look at a car in 10 min and he said I could stop by. When I got there the doors were locked and I called him back to find out he was on lunch break and said it would be another 15 min. Very unprofessional. He was also on his phone having a personal conversation the entire time I was there which I found to be very rude because I could not ask any questions. On my test drive I found that the breaks were squeaking and he couldn't even answer a simple question about if the break pads needed changing without looking at a carfax and even then he said I would have to look up and call anyone who had done any servicing to the car to find out what had been done. He was not very knowledgeable about the car he was trying to sell or maybe just not willing to share his knowledge with a woman. Not a bad place to go if you are ok with buying from someone who is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and won't talk to women like they know anything about cars.
