This is the location where I have my post office box. It's in the same plaza as Ingles grocery store so, it's very convenient. Every time I've been there, it's been immaculately clean. The people who work there are very nice and very helpful! I've had a P. O. Box at the Enka post office for almost 30 years. I've been very happy with the service and the location. If you have need of a PO box, I highly recommend the Enka location! Of course, they're handicap compliant
Best Post Office in the area. Employees are friendly and keep the line moving. I saw the one bad review, I guess the person doesn't know this post office has no street delivery. Guess he just needs to blame Someone?
This is EASILY the best USPS in and around Asheville. Friendly, quiet, great staff and very helpful. I have been there 7-8 times in the last 2.5months and had nothing but positive experiences. If only more USPS offices were like this one.
This is by far my favorite post office. They’re so friendly and helpful. It genuinely reminds me of the small town service of a bygone era.
Have lived here 6 months and in that time USPS has mis-delivered more than a dozen packages. Some of them end up at the same house # on the next block over... some of them never show up at all. At least one parcel was returned to sender (Amazon) but marked as 'delivered in mailbox'. Calling the local branch office is futile - it appears they have very little power to help once their delivery people have lost a package.
The Postal employees are wonderful. Friendly helpful, the store is always clean.
