Cristy, manager, became violent, yelling and screaming having hands as if she was going to hit me, after request maintance repairs. I had to call police when she she was starting to become violate. Recently suffered fall due to her lack of repairs in the unit that go back to last year. Now with additionap damage due to the storm she has now become violant. It was just this weekend she was screaming at my door about wanting to resigned. Very scared of manager. Fearful she will attack me.

Witnessed manager Cristy becoming violate with neighbor moments again! Everyone is scared of Cristy here! No repairs! Constant flooding’s! Poor condition of property reflects the alcoholic manager Cristy!

Love living here at Creekside Terrace! Haven't had any problems since moving in July of 2019. Christy from the front office is so helpful and nice! Maintenance guy is very sweet and nice he always fixes things as needed and goes the extra mile to come back and check on things he has fixed to make sure things work! The best apartment office team we have experienced in Town! The grounds is kept up! The residents are quiet and nice! Couldn't ask for a better place to live here in Ennis!

I haven't had any problems since moving here in April!! Cristy the apartment manager has been very helpful with any complaints or concerns I have had! The hours that I work require me to be away alot of times and my kids watch themselves for a few hours in the evenings and I feel like they are safe!! Most of the neighbors have been quite helpful and friendly! I actually just renewed my lease for another year and I am happy about it!!! I actually recommended these apartments to my sister, who hopefully will be moving in eventually!!

I really like these townhomes. You don't have to worry about neighbors being above you making to much noise like in other apartments. The staff is great and the location is awesome.
