Ok heres my review on the apartments the inside is nice yes they are way overpriced especially for being on the fwy .there aint no laundry room . no gym no office with tenants use for computers and i bring that up cause there are nice ass apts in dallas in nice areas with all this for the same price.this is a hudd ass neighborhood one street back is ghetto as hell. Another thing everyone pays different price rent tje manager lady says upstairs and downstairs is different price but. A few of my neighbors we all pay different rent so i guess its what she want you to pay. The manager lady is nice but messy as hell tell people business to other tenants. Then theres the people that live here goodness its all mess even if you dont talk to anyone you somehow find your business out there. Lets start with a black lady who lives next to the back gate who is having sex witb another ladies husband. Then we got a girl who lives by the office with 3 kids i think a boy a girl amd a baby boy her names Chelsea i dont even know her but this is how messy these apts are she has had sex with a few men in these apts and her husband texts a girl in the building next to me how do i know cause my sister works with this girl who seen the pic on her phone of the man .my sister came to my house saw this guy drive by and said thats her coworkers boyfriend i said no i think hes married .there abunch of women and men in these apts big hoes everybodys screwi g everybody. This is not a good place for kids. Then theres a older lady who smokes that marijuana like crazy this old lady is high all the time. You cant see tje apartment until u pay and sign the lease never in my life seen any apts do that keep all your papers tje lease amounts money orders etc. Tbey will screw you over at some point.well thats all for now folks !
These apartments are the most expensive and ugliest. The manager never is on her office and she is too rude... All the apartment are destroyed they doesn't has a microwave, the bathtubs are nasty. I didn't want the washer and dryer but she says that I have to pay it ...
