Have never had a smooth experience here. Brought my car to be worked on for warranty, sign and pay and a week later they call trying to collect more money. They want to argue on clear diagnostic codes and charge a diagnostic fee even if you bring it in with the part number and location you want replaced, taking days to service a single o2 sensor. They did service the correct one at least.
