This relatively small museum is packed with the historical marvels of when Ennis was the central hub for the great railway era of the late 1800s on into the early 1900s. Our boys loved the huge diorama and the many vintage model train engines on display. The introductory video was very informative and helped set the stage for the rest of our self guided tour. Before we left we got to tour the big caboose outside of the museum. Definitely worth the trip.

This is an amazing museum with exhibits that are in fabulous condition. The museum quite rightly dwells on how the railroad started the growth of Ennis. What is really interesting is how the it also reflects on the community and business as well. The people working there are super friendly as well.
