I asked them to check my insurance a week before my appointment because I‘ve had issues with this office before saying I didn’t have dental insurance. Tell me why I get there and the front desk lady is barely calling my insurance ? The front desk lady tells me that my insurance doesn’t work AGAIN. I asked her why she didn’t check before hand like I asked them to do and she is rude as hell making an excuse saying “the phones were down all day”. As if I didn’t ask them politely to call a week ago. So I leave and call my insurance to check if I have dental and they tell me I Do... This isn’t the first time this has happened. Very unprofessional and rude. I had to take time off work to go and waste my time. Will never be going back to these rude people.

From the person at the frontI was greeted pleasantly as I arrived for my appointment. The next person I saw xrayed my teeth and was both gentle and friendly. I then met with Dr O. He was wonderful! He explained everything plainly so that I could understand. I could tell by our conversation that he is a very caring person. The person that then discussed the cost of the treatment I needed was very helpful in explaining my payment options. This was a pleasant dental visit from beginning to end. We are blessed to have these people in our city.

Most of the time, the staff are very professional and helpful. And I have been very pleased with the results of my daughter’s orthodontic care. However, about half of the time, ortho appointments are 30 minutes late. And during the pandemic, they had a policy that would not allow anyone in the front door other than the patient, even the parent of a child. When I expressed my displeasure with that policy, one of the staff members reportedly called me a “Karen” to another child sitting in the lobby when I left the front office. The other child just happened to be a friend of my daughter and passed the information along after our appointment. I don’t agree with that policy nor do I feel it’s professional to call your customers names when they choose to express such.

I had a multiple extraction at Ennis Family Dentistry. I've had problems from birth with my mouth, so it always makes me nervous and anxious just thinking of a procedure. Dr. Minhas and her team took great care in ensuring that the numbing medicine was effective in each portion of my mouth before proceeding. Their level of care extends into how they talk to you and ask about your level of comfort during the procedure as well. Lastly, for this experience, after a physiological problem of mine that made it more risky to finish the final portion of the procedure, Dr. Minhas went as far as she could without leaving something out of place (please pardon the pun) and scheduled me for finishing up the following day. That verified that they are concerned about your care and not just a billing account.
