I am a general contractor, we work with concrete a lot. However this time it was for my house. I had concrete lined up, they charged my card the day before for 20 of the yards I was getting. I know they did this because the one of the funds in their account before they even deliver concrete. They said this was normal practice. What if I would've canceled I asked. They told me the money would have just went right back on my card. Like I'm some kind of idiot. Two of the four drivers we saw that day complained and are planning on quitting the company. Jeff I guess the guy running the place shorted me 2 yards of concrete. I received 28 and they charge me 30. When I called to inquire about this all of a sudden he comes up with a ticket for the other 2 yards. The driver never had anyone on site sign it. The slab that We pored only required 27 yards. That's with 10% waste. I would be careful people not very friendly customer practices and very deceiving. When I talk to Jeff s supervisor he was very rude. Did not even offer to rectify the situation, never called back like he said he would, and then told me he had voice recordings of what went on. Needless to say I am denying part of the charge on my credit card.
