I would like to thank everyone that works at this Uhaul location. I was passing through Ennis and had a blow out on my personal trailer. I went to the Uhaul place to rent a trail. Not only did they have plenty of inventory they helped me fix the tire on my trailer when I returned there . I am grateful to have met such nice people.

The Saturday hours are 8am-12pm for this facility. I guess this is news to the owners as we sit in the parking lot at 9:30 trying to pick up the U-Haul we reserved-- staring at a locked gate. Nobody is answering the phone, no cars other than hours are here, the gate is locked. It looks like someone partied too hard on Friday night.
