Do not call or text. Awful experience phoning this number only to have an abrupt man answer to demand to know what I wanted and why I wanted to speak to this counsellor. It's already hard to pick up the phone for some people. Having this happen when that call is answered, is, quite frankly, shocking considering the line of work this lady is in. So disappointing and off putting. AVOID!
