Anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this Company Braeside - I’d STRONGLY advise running a mile in the opposite direction. I have never met such ignorant rude vile human beings in my life. I queried about a vehicle which became unavailable. Adrian responded with this but stated other vehicles were available. I more or less stated that I wasn't interested especially after reading the Google reviews. Let me keep this short! The Google reviews were proven by his attitude and response late on a Friday night. I could go more into detail but as I'm sure certain people have had a good experience his attitude is nothing that should reflect a business. Well someone trying to run a business that has no essence of customer service or decorum. Seems if you have any sort of opinion or issue, it's dealt with bad taste. Thankfully I didn't buy anything from here as if I did and there were issues, this is the type of attitude I would be faced with. From the little experience I've had with him, stay clear!

We were given two keys when we bought the car, one key had no battery in it and on top of that was missing the peice that keeps it in place. Useless. The other keys battery ran out after less than two weeks of use. The car battery had to be replaced after three weeks! This was covered under warrenty though. Bought June 2020. Edit: three months on and the car has broken down completely! Been in the garage for two weeks now. Way too much wrong with the car for charging 4grand for it.

Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Meriva from Mark about 3 weeks ago. Initially, I discovered that there were some minor issues. Mark promised me, he would deal with them, when he got a chance. I realised that he was busy, and wasn't too much put out. Anyway, got everything sorted to my satisfaction, which included a new issue involving a tyre, which needed to be replaced. Very impressed that he dealt with this immediately. All in all, I've been very satisfied with his aftersales service.
