very good and monitor alarm very professionally but if you were totelephone them don't epect a reply as it does not happen.but if you push the alarm they are on the other end within seconds and i think this is brillant in this day and age as customer service is going downhill with alot of companies but not with caredirect 247.the reason i give it 4 stars is because the staff are brillant but the telephone number part goes to one person only and leave a message but never get back to you.i pay monthly by dd but i tried for over a year to get this changed to paying yearly in lum sum but the person never gets back to me. have got to say give them a try as you will not regret it in any way shape or form and know that some one is on the other end of the alarm in seconds is very reassuring.
