Sent many a person this way and often when recommending Catherine have been meet with similar chat and experience of her. Great and totally amazing to go into a phone store these days and deal with someone you can trust.

Can't praise the staff of Carphone Warehouse in Erneside highly enough! Friendly, knowledgeable and go above an beyond to help their customers. Sometimes when it's busy there are queues but that's a sign of how good they are at taking the time to make sure you walk out happy.
