The White Wolf

I was refused a game that required you to be 16 years old which I had bought at this store a few months previously but it got scratched so I wanted a replacement. As I got to the till the lady working the 1 o'clock shift refused to sell be this and I believe it's down to the fact I was wearing a Glasgow rangers football shirt as I've never been told in the last 2 years by anyone that I dont look 16. I would appreciate if your staff could be less discriminatory or atleast be able to evaluate someone's age as I most certainly look to to be the age which I am (16)

A member of staff refused to give me a refund on a videogame i bought. The my other games work but the girl implied that it was my playstation that was the problem. My recept says warrenty up to 6 months but the girl implied that refunds can only be issued within 48 hours of purchase. There is a young man working there that is friendly hekpful to customers but this female staff i was dealing with was not helpful

Brought a game and got it home to find it did not work. Did not get a chance to bring it back for 2 weeks to be told I had only 2 days to challenge a faulty disk. I questioned why and she pointed to a sign that was covered in stacks of dvds and said it is clearly stated there. There was nothing on the receipt and you can’t read the notice. Reported them to trading standards
