Appalling, advised the multi stove had burnt out so needed replaced & 800 quid chimney liner needed...after several other opinions the stove is fine & the chimney is already lined (house less than 10 years old) have spoken to several other former customers since, nobody has anything good to say about this conman, numerous claims of expensive work required when completely unnecessary.
