Had phoned the shop today regarding a bicycle, was told the opening hours and told to come up and have children sized for correct bicycle. Younger man in shop was very rude to my children when we arrived reducing one to tears. Needless to say we left. Have managed to get same bike in Wrays for a lot less hassle and much better customer service.
