I would never use any other company for my pest control needs than Fermanagh Pest Control. I am the manager of a nursery who wanted to use a local service. As well as being local I was also really impressed with the professionalism of all those associated with Fermanagh Pest Control and they were by far the best value for money for what they offered compared to others. From our first phone call with the company to each and every time the fellas came out, everything about their service was first class. They were polite, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their area of work. They spent extensive time with us to ensure that we got the best service possible, which is extremely important for a nursery environment. The lady on the phone was also lovely and touched base with us regularly to ensure our needs were being met and always scheduled our quarterly inspections in good time. As well as providing an exemplary scheduled service, there were occasions where I had to call upon them in an emergency; on these occasions Fermanagh Pest Control were nothing short of prompt in reacting to and solving the issue, even providing a call back service a week later to make sure the problem was fully resolved. I could not recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to use them for personal needs in future as well as commercially.
