When I enquired this morning about a replacement centre grate for my stove which was supposed to be ordered in for me some weeks ago, the staff member very rudely told me to go and order the part I needed online, that he had other things to worry about...and hung up on me. Very unprofessional!!!! Won't be recommending to anyone that's for sure!!

Friendly staff and fireplace was installed earlier than previously estimated. Got advised on every aspect of the work in simple terms without complication and the two men who came to my house to install my lovely looking new fireplace were great craic!
