Grim at lunchtime! Place smelled of urine, toilet doors were propped open, we moved to sit near the front door... their COVID menu is very limited which would have been fine if it had been properly cooked.

Had a great night in Jacks Bar on Saturday night. Paul Jack is a great host who made us feel very welcome in his pub. The locals we met there were equally friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit if in the area.
Had a wonderful night in Jack's bar after doing the 'Stairway to Heaven Walk'. Paul Jack his and his customers alike were very friendly and welcoming. Great service,. food and company. Highly recommend the bar if staying in the Custom House Inn.
