We recently bought a house through MF & Co in Enniskillen. Nick was superb in helping us all the way through the process, often going beyond the call of duty. Not being familiar with the local housing market, Nick was very good in navigating us through the process. He was always obliging, professional, cheerful and friendly. We have dealt over the years with many estate agents and Nick was the best. He made the whole process easy and pleasant. It was a great pleasure having Nick as our agent. Terrible letting agent. Basic works in the house went undone for 2 years despite multiple calls and emails. When we left they refused to reply to the TDS about the deposit which just dragged out the wait. The TDS paid eventually as Montgomery Finlay couldn't be bothered to reply to the request to get the deposit. Will never deal with again
