I was in shop today. I brought back 1 item worth 7 pounds and I bought nice top worth 18 pounds. At the counter girl minuses 7 pound from 18 so paid 11 today. Unfortunatelly top was to big. I brought it back to the shop and 2 girls was giving me back only 11 pounds. It was VERY EMBARRISSING !! I COULD NOT EXPLAIN IT! They have my 7 pounds from day before plus my 11 pounds from today and how THEY COUNT IT TO GIVE ME ONLY 11 POUNDS ???? I know it is ONLY 7, but .... ???? I HAD TO GIVE UP. Where is basic math????
