Service is usually good, and staff are usually lovely, but twice, once on the phone and once in person 2 weeks later, their approach was short and a bit off when I asked for my current prescription to get a contact lens test elsewhere, considering they're currently not offering the service. I even felt the need to say I wasn't leaving Specsavers and will be back on the next test as always.. but still felt they were very cold in their attitude. Disappointing really, considering I've been there for years and never ever had an issue. Hopefully these 2 members of staff wise up and be less grumpy soon!
