It would have been better if the vet had explained everything before giving out the prescriptions needed. We pay monthly into a Pet insurance policy and we understood it covered any medical expenses for medications but it doesn't. Only covers Worming and Flea Treatments and consultation with the Veterinary Surgeon. It wasn't Very well explained by the Veterinary Nurse who told us about the Pet Plan Insurance.

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. They made the whole process go as smoothly as possible with my nervous girl. Absolutely wonderful place
