Food was very nice and staff were helpful. I think I'd have felt more comfortable if they had been wearing visors or masks. I know that might be difficult especially on warm days. We hadn't booked but didn't have a long wait. Nice spot for lunch.

Food acceptable but waitress who served us was less than acceptable. There was no greeting when we arrived, and nothing as my wife paid the bill at reception as we left. She was sullen throughout our visit - not the trace of a smile - her expression never changed. It's not as though the restaurant was busy and she was under pressure. The other waitress served our coffee and was the opposite - friendly and welcoming. Alas, I fear we will not return as there are an abundance of places to eat in the area. She could have been having a bad day, but if you're business is dealing with the public then you have to be a good actor - we've all been there
