I found the staff to be great! Very accommodating, there to help with any issues and concerns. The room attendants did a good job, both cleaning and attentiveness to detail. The breakfast buffet is also very good. From hot meal to clod cereal and yogurts. I would recommend this hotel to all interested parties!

Extremely clean and a good service
Never again. The hotel is going through a makeover. So the hotel doesn't have that appeal. The room was OK but the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was hair on the toilet seats and hair on the bathroom walls. The tub drains didn't work. I have never been in a hotel where they ran out of hot water. Guys were doing the floors in the breakfast area but none of the fruits or the tables we're covered. Maybe once everything is done is would be fine but right now......I wouldn't come back.
Great price, great stay. Comfortable and friendly this is a sure thing. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable we almost couldn't get up. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We drove in from Buffalo NY (almost 6 hours) with our 3 boys ages 9,11, and 14, we actually drove to the Hotel (Red Rood Inn) that we booked a few weeks in advance and were totally disappointed and virtually disgusted by, so we immediately got a refund and left in search of a nice hotel at a good price at the last minute. When we drove into this Microtel we were happy with the exterior, but the true Gem of this Hotel was the Young Man working at the front desk named Tyler. We were tired, hungry and overall not to happy because of what just happened to us at Red roof in He greeted us with a smile on his face, listened to the problem we just had with our original Hotel and went far beyond what was expected by a Hotel employee that didn't have anything to gain by helping my family and I. He gave us a great rate and offered to help us in any way he could and we could not have been happier with him, the hotel, or our stay. Thank you so much Tyler and the entire staff!!!!!
Great customer service both when checking in and checking out. We got in after midnight and were given an extended check out time without even requesting it. Clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Did not make it up for the breakfast so can't comment on that. :-) Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Sketchy. Guy at the front desk was nice enough but when we went to bring our bags in from the side door there were 3 sketchy guys hanging out smoking and talking about relatives in jail. The whole place looks like a frat house that has made modest effort to put itself back together. The base board moldings were all ripped off, there were patched holes in the stairwell and room. The floors were spongy and filthy. The couch cushions were stained and when I went down to get extra blankets the one they gave me had a big yellow stain across it. I am praying we won't get bugs. The door in our room was missing the 2nd bolt, like it had been ripped off. The place needs a total overhaul.
All "AMERICAN" hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I had a couple of concerns and the manager (mike) addressed them. We will definitely be staying at this microtel again.
