Back in March of 2020 I had this rash I had been trying to treat on my own for about a month or so but it wasn’t getting better. I decided to see a dermatologist to see what’s actually going on. I get there and I’m talking to sherry, she notices I’m a very anxious guy (which I am). She looks at the rash and is 100% sure it’s psoriasis because she had it before and btw I’m 20 but 19 at the time. She starts me off with some creams and they are not working so she offers me a kenalog-40 shot which is a steroid. Not knowing much about the shot she claims it’s not very harsh when it comes to anxiety so I agree to take the injection. Month goes by and I feel ok but I start to notice I don’t feel or act the same as I used to. I start to become very paranoid and start losing my mind. I started to become very quiet and depressed, I thought close friends and family members were setting me up and that everyone hated me, I even went into work everyday thinking people were setting me up to get fired. So I eventually had to quit that job at just about a year of working there because of embarrassment from making false accusations and because of the mental stress I was facing from this shot. I was losing my mind so bad that I even went to two different hospitals to see what the heck what wrong with me. They diagnosed me with social anxiety disorder and general anxiety disorder... pretty weird right? Since the shot is supposedly easier on anxiety, well that was wrong. So few months go by and I avoided taking all pills/creams I was given by her. Finally in December I decided to see a different dermatologist who scraped some of the rash (that had now spread to the majority of my body) to look at it under a microscope and found that it was ringworm this entire time. Ringworm is something that can be treated very quickly if acted upon quickly but now as of late January 2021 I’m still struggling with this rash but it’s slowly getting better.

I just left after waiting 45 minutes in the parking lot, when my appt was scheduled for 35 minutes ago. I called in waiting patiently w my mask to be called in after filling out my paperwork, only to be told when I called in for a status update that it will be at least another 15 minutes, possibly much longer. As I type this, a blonde woman in purple scrubs just walked out of the building, presumably for lunch. Unprofessional. I tried giving back to my community. Awful service. I have things to do instead of sitting in my car on your parking lot for hours on end. Never coming back.
