I booked an appointment for picking up my furniture online with pictures and I mentioned if more pictures are needed, please tell me because the day you come for pickup is my last day in the Netherlands and I will leave the country afterwards! The guy that came to me knew that I don't speak Dutch due to the emails but he refused to pick up 80% of the furniture and he said there are so many requests and we can't check all the pictures!! Long story short, my last day in the Netherlands was the worst because I had to dispose the furniture.
