Fast and friendly service. The online booking works well and the options are all available on the website so you can choose what you want before going to the shop. The social distancing rules mean only 2 customers can be inside at once.

Sold us holiday Sims at 25 euro per piece when we had said we had moved here. We even asked how to top up the next month and the staff member told us we could come in store. What he didn't tell us was that the bundle only lasted 2 weeks and that even if you do top up you get no data allowance at all and the service takes all 30 euro of the credit you put in. Shocking stuff

Very unprofessional. They refuse to help with Vodafone related problems if you're not a direct customer of their specific shop. A friend was also refused help when canceling his subscription, because he suddenly "wasn't a customer anymore".

Heb ruim 45 minuten aan de telefoon meestal in de wacht gehangen. Geen antwoord op mijn vragen maar telkens, als antwoord, dat zoek ik op u komt even in de wacht. En een antwoord op iets wat ik helemaal niet gevraagd had. Ben zeer gefrusteerd.
