Nice and comfy showroom with nice selection of wooden panels and tiles. We selected \u003e100 square meter nice Belgian bluestone tiles including delivery to Germany. The tiles arrived well in Germany, unloading with a fork lifter by the forwarding company. Over all a very pleasant experience. Nice people, good product, happy customer! See you next time!

I've asked Woon&stones for 120 meters of Okan hardwood. I had to call them because I didn't recieve an answer after 2 days. The asked me to resend the email to [email protected], so I did. After one hour they send me the following message: Good day, we don't have this on stock. Kind regards Wood and stones. I've asked them in a reply on that email if they can order it for me, but I did not get any answer on this. Thanks woodandstones for trying to give me some alternatives or at least trying to order it for me. apparently the sales department is not willing to sell wood that they normally should have in their stock. Your competitor wood sellers will be pleased that I will shop there instead of at woodandstones.

We ordered online. The goods differ greatly from the photos on their website. Half of the boards were damaged and could not be used. The seller does not respond to complaints and does not offer a solution - zero customer service. Beware of fraud!
