Best home advisor Rosendo Rodriguez came out to our home and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a solution and wow we’re so happy with our new AC. Our light bill has gone down dramatically and I recommend anybody who is everybody to call Enterprise Air Conditioning for their cooling and heating needs.

Called them through my warranty company for a broken AC, sent a technician the next day. He was very nice and professional. Said we needed a new motor so he would have to put in the order with the company. Said it would take a week. Waited a week, no call no nothing. Called after ten days and they said it comes in today and they will send a technician in the morning. Got a confirmation text the technician will be at our house between 10-1. Comes 2 pm and nothing. Call and they said he has food poisoning. THAN WHY DONT YOU CALL ME. Said they are going to try to send someone else. At this point we should be priority. Waiting 11 days in a hot house to get our AC fixed is ridiculous. The woman Mariann I believe was her name, was rude on the phone and very unprofessional. She even started ignoring my calls. I had to have my husband call. She answered.

Do not trust this company! They are a bunch of scammers and liars! They tried to charge me 900 dollars worth of parts and labor, for parts that only cost an average of 250. I already had another company come in and fix it, in one day, as apposed to this company which made me wait three days just for a quote. It’s been an average of 98 degrees here. If I could give them a lower rating I would.
