Great place to stay for ski-in/ski-out. We stayed in apartments which are a little dated but have almost everything you need for stove top self catering. There are 2 electric rings, microwave and 4-cup kettle. Bring your own mug for a decent size hot drink and a corkscrew for the wine. There is a supermarket onsite for groceries. We were spoilt with the weather, sunny all week with snow on Friday afternoon. Would definitely go again. Dave

Great for family's, has a great play area for younger kids and a games room for older, supermarket on site well stocked and not over priced. Take out pizza and pasta, the cage pub is decent for food too. It isn't ski out, it is possible to ski in, but not as easy as sounds. Plenty of shops on site...
Let's talk about the fitness suite. Imagine a Soviet Gulag. Bingo. Soulless - dysfunctional - cold. The steam room was like some sort of fungus museum. Meanwhile, the sauna next-door was somehow colder inside than it was out. There also were far too many chairs. The rooms, although spacious enough to earn this institution 2 stars, suffer from quite the contrary problem to the aforementioned sauna. Never before have I had to suffer such warmth whilst attempting to sleep. Someone, somewhere, has clearly confused the sauna and bedroom thermostats, with catastrophic consequences. The shower sucks. The plug situation is absurd. They don't even provide a chopping board.
No proper heating, no internet connection in the room, everything is broken or soon to be broken, hot water is insufficient for a proper shower. Just do NOT visit. I have no idea how is this a 4 star hotel.
Just returned from planibel aparts. Resort was mega expensive. Hotel itself looked nice but guests we met said it was very noisy overnight. Found apartments really quite poor. Maid service was minimal although bedding was clean. The furniture was old and had seen better days. Our bathroom door looked actually chewed as at the bottom of the door both inside and outside was damaged( pets are allowed?) The tap fittings were not plastered in and there was a hole around the projecting pipes. The bedroom carpet was stained and old, to the extent that we bought slippers before we stood on it. The 1 bed apt was small and cramped. Cooking was quite haphazard with 2 rings but most of all, the layout of the apts and some of the rather rude clientele, partied/ shouted and drank their way through the nights, whilst we mere mortals with children tried to enjoy a nice, nights sleep. Sadly, it seemed to me, that travellers were meant to treat the rooms as a place to sleep only.
Perfect location but dated hotel
We were in the apartments which are old and tired but warm and comfortable enough. Cheap and close to the slopes
Inexpensive and large apartment, however noisy and it smelly. There is no working wifi. Apartment was not equipped well. Hotel restaurant (the main one for hotel guests) was a huge disappointment: food was very bad and expensive, DO NOT GO THERE. Location is good.
