It has a beautiful hotel and it has an elevator to ease movement in the hotel. Wonderful pool at the back of the hotel. And a nice play ground for ur kids
This is a really nice hotel. Everything worked fine and I enjoyed my stay. There was complimentary breakfast/buffet that was cool as well
It's a beautiful place. Great decor but poor quality service. The two star is for the decor. The service is really poor.
Neat environment, but needs to upgrade service and train employees on how to treat guests. Low enforcement of covid protocols
Overall a positive experience. The staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were clean well made and spacious. The beds were a tad hard but the bathrooms were very clean. For about 65 for the classic room, I'd say it is a bargain. I strongly recommend Oakland for security safety and moderate comfort.
