Great experience everytime! They helped me with new rope gasket for my wood stove awhile back and just recently a repair tune up on our chainsaw. Great to have a local busses that I can count on!!

Came here looking for a particular stihl chainsaw that 2 other dealers didn't have because of covid, cutters supply had it on the shelf! They also had a specialty chain i wanted for it in stock too. Staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over and explain any piece of equipment that they have! I will definitely go out of my way to come back here for any of my chainsaw needs!

Took my stihl chainsaw in for service because it wasnt running right. Charged 60 for fuel system cleaning. Took it home. Ran it for 15 minutes. Same problems. Took it back, they said it had bad crank seals. Another 60. Got home 20 minutes of run time this time. Same problems. They wanted me to bring it back so they could guess and throw random parts at it for a 3rd time at my expense. No thank you. Took it to another stihl dealer and they put a carb on it. Its been running perfect since. Would not recommend Cutters for service or repair. They make guesses at best at the customers expense.
