What a great company! I can’t say enough great thing about Chad. Him and his team have been working on our house, and I am so pleased. This company truly cares about the quality of their work, and they are honest to the core. Great company to do work with. GFR did our site work, excavation, piles and the concrete, and backfilled and installed all drainage and pulled the permits. My wife and I were very impressed. They were slightly higher in price than the 5 different subs to do it but the timeline was unbelievable. They finished in two weeks what took 2 months on other projects. definitely will use on our next build again

Had GFR do all the site work, concrete, utilities, shoring and piles on our development project. Not going to lie we were worried about having one company get our development to framing stage but they killed it. Much easier to deal with one person that manages the work to framing and does 90% in house, on time and on budget. Great company, very knowledgeable. We can now take our investment firm to the next level meeting Chad with GFR. PS they will also be pouring my driveway for my personal home:)

We hired GFR to demo, excavate, drive piles and pour the foundation and flatwork on our new home build. My wife and I enjoyed having one company perform the first phase of the construction. We wanted quality work done and GFR made us feel great through the whole phase. They are very knowledgeable, and the timing and schedule was extremely fast not having to wait for subcontractors after excavation was done. You can tell these guys definitely love what they do and apply themselves. Great crew and everyone was very courteous to each other and neighbors especially. The neighborhood misses the sound of your hammers! See you back for the driveway in a few months everyone!
