We contacted Environ to investigate a scratching noise we heard in our wall. We paid for them to undertake a survey and treatment plan, The survey was unable to identify what the noise was, what was making the sound or most importantly how, whatever it was, was getting in there. So in other words it was a complete waste of time and money. Even though the survey could not identify any entry points, it was recommended that we proof our house... From conversations on the phone we were under the impression that the treatment included proofing the house but environ wanted to charge us extra for this. This seems to be a mistake that a lot of customers make.... mainly because this is a dodgy sales technique to scam people out of more money. Environ have now visited my house 3 times and are still unable to tell us what the problem is. All they have done is put down poison, which we could have easily done ourselves. Please do not hire this company, it is a scam.

Couldn't recommend Environ enough! The pest control team identified that rats were gaining access from my drains, we then had the drainage team attend who recommended a rodent blocker be installed and to close off a dead connection.... 1 month later and the rats have still not returned!
The service that they provided was shocking. They put black poison boxes down and left my house with mice for two weeks of which when they came back the second time the mice had not touched the poison. i was charged 229 for nothing and have raised this with their management. I will be taking matters further if i do not receive a full refund for this. They are total scammers. I found another company who proofed my house and found ever outlet the mice were coming from for a quarter of the price. They also quoted me 450 to proof my house and only found one out of seven outlets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!
I would avoid at all cost this company. They sell unnecessary and expensive services. They are going try and charge our household 3k for drain repairs when they actually have no evidence of rats in the drains, Clearly they are short of money like many small businesses. They are con artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst still I have just heard that they have officially warned the person on the phone I was dealing with because of this review. Clearly the actual service has nothing to do with this person. It is totally unacceptable to treat staff that way, and echoes their treatment of customers. One example of their fraudulent behaviour was referring to \clear evidence of rodent activity in the voids in the walls\ . We live in a Victorian house and have had work done - the walls are solid. They have made this up, They are taking advantage of a vulnerable neighbour who believes their lies. It is appalling
I highly recommend this company, Darren came out to get rid of mice in our flat, we found one under our couch and he was extremely friendly, helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and inspect every inch of our flat, Darren solved our mouse issue, I was extremely thankful.
